Industry
Hospitality
Selling a feeling people will have before they have had it.
How we approach it
Hospitality is bought on anticipation. A guest decides how the evening will feel from a photograph and a name, weeks before they arrive — so the brand has to make a promise the room can actually keep.
We work close to the floor: the menu, the signage, the playlist, the way the confirmation email reads at 11pm. The small edges are the brand here, far more than any logo.
What changes here
The logo matters less than the menu, the light, and the tone of the booking confirmation.
Common Room
The problem
A members' club that felt exclusive in the deck and generic at the door.
What happened
A waitlist of three hundred, and a room that finally matched the promise.
We built Kayal a complete site. Take a look — it opens as their own.
